Scorpio is a pasteurized sheep's milk cheese created in the style of a creamy Brie. This delicious local sheep's milk cheese has a soft washed rind with a strong aroma but a mellow, creamy, melt in your mouth and linger flavor.

Shooting Star Creamery is a smaller company that began with the hope of inspiring a younger generation to take up the art of creating delicious artisan cheese. They share a location with Central Coast Creamery which has served as a great mentor and advisor to the cheese they produce.
