Cheddar with Balsamic Onions

A creamy cheddar is blended with tangy caramelized onions to produce a sweet yet savory flavor. Poacher’s Cheddar is an extremely versatile cheese - use it to top burgers and hot dogs, sprinkle on a salad, melt over Portobello mushrooms or simply enjoy on a cracker.

Pairs well with an acidic white wine, a glass of bubbly, or an IPA.
