Angel's Soppressata Piccante Salami (5.5oz) is 100% Berkshire pork meat. It is fermented, then aged for three months in a dry room, and features a natural casing for minimal acidity. This traditional recipe is prepared with fennel, red wine, grappa, and piccante spices. 

Ingredients: Berkshire pork, sea salt, red wine, nonfat dry milk, flavors (including spices): organic brown sugar, organic dextrose, Grappa, cayenne pepper, fresh garlic, hot Spanish paprika, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, lactic acid starter culture. Stuffed in pork or beef casing. CONTAINS: MILK
