Abbey Wrestler is made from raw milk from cows grazing in the meadows and pastures in the high valleys above Lake Sihl.
Produced by Milchmanufaktur Einsiedeln in produced at a state-of-the-art dairy located in Canton Schwyn, Switzerland. The cheese is aged in the basement of Abbey Einsiedeln, the oldest one in the country.
The name honors the traditional sport of Swiss wrestling, for which there is a famous festival held in the region every year.
Made from rich mountain milk, it is a natural product with a wonderful taste and texture. The cheese is semi-soft and full flavored with a luxurious mouth feel. Rich and creamy, acidic with a hint of spice.
