Incredibly delicious!

This cheese is wonderful. Extremely flavorful, pleasantly firm sheep cheese. It's strong and complex (maybe a bit nutty, a hint of sweetness? not quite sure how to put it into words but it's a really excellent rich flavor). It has some delicious crystals that give it a perfect mouthfeel. It reminds me a lot of my previous favorite cheese of all time, the sadly discontinued Ewereka from Central Coast Creamery -- if you liked Ewereka you need to try this! Absolutely amazing.
