Truffler Cheddar

Ford Farm's English white cheddar is blended with mushrooms and black truffle for a distinctive flavor. The cheddar itself has a pronounced taste that with an almost sweet finish that is enhanced by the calcium crystals that serve as a sign that the cheese has reached its optimum maturity. The cheese is accented with the black truffles which gives the cheese a delightful earthy, nutty aroma and flavor.
