Valdeón is a Spanish blue cheese made from a blend of cow's and goat's milk. It features a creamy yet crumbly texture and a robust, tangy flavor with a hint of sweetness. Encased in sycamore or maple leaves, Valdeón is ideal for cheese boards, crumbling over salads, or melting into sauces, offering a bold and distinctive taste experience. This blue cheese is from Spain. Produced with cow and goat’s milk, Valdeón is milder than Cabrales.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's (min 80%) and  goat’s (min 10%) milk, cheese cultures, calcium chloride, rennet, salt.
