Weinkase Lagrein

Despite it's German name, Lagrein is a semi-soft cow's milk tomme-style cheese from Northern Italy. It is soaked in local Lagrein wine with added herbs and spices for 5 days which adds unique character to the cheese. 

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, salt, rennet, cheese cultures.
