Wrångebäck Sweden

One of the oldest Alpine-style cheeses of Sweden. Almnas (cheesery) has been producing cheese since 1830 and Wrångebäck is the oldest cheese brand in Sweden - was registered in1889.

Paste is white in color and texture is creamy and mild with gentle alpine tang.

Ingredients: raw cow's milk, starter cultures, rennet, salt. CONTAINS: MILK
